Claims

What happens if I crash my drone?

Not to worry, it is what we are here for! Please make every attempt you can to recover the drone from where it has crashed. Then take as many images of it as you can to highlight the crash site, the damage to the drone and any other 3rd party property damage. The more detail you can provide to the claims team to assess the damage, the easier they will be able to process it.

How do I make a claim?

You can raise a claim here – Make a claim. Our team are on hand 24/7 to assist you.

Do I have to pay an Excess?

There is a £100 excess on all hull and third party damage claims.
